1. Scope of Service

GeoSearch.online provides online tools for processing postal address and coordinate data, including geocoding, reverse geocoding, validation, and standardization. The service is available without registration.

Free processing is available for up to 2500 rows per run. You may repeat runs without a global usage limit. Paid processing requires only a valid email address to receive job status and download links.

2. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via FastSpring. Pricing is clearly stated on our Pricing page.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate or incorrect payment
• Results not delivered or job not completed
• Technical errors on our side

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with details and your job ID.

3. Data Retention and Privacy

• Uploaded data is stored for 7 days after processing. It is then permanently deleted.
• Server logs are retained for 24 hours and only kept longer to investigate technical issues.
• We use trusted third-party infrastructure: Cloudflare (performance and security) and Hetzner (hosting).

We do not share user data with third parties for advertising or profiling.

4. Open Data and Licensing

Our service uses publicly available, open-source data including:

• OpenStreetMap
• GeoNames
• OpenAddresses

The data returned may include content from these sources and is subject to their licenses. You may store and redistribute results, provided that:

• You respect the license shown with each result
• You include proper attribution when required

Examples:

• OpenStreetMap data is licensed under ODbL
• GeoNames requires attribution under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0

We include licensing info per row where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for:

• Abuse (e.g. automated overuse, denial-of-service attacks)
• Violating laws or third-party rights
• Reverse engineering or reselling without permission

We reserve the right to block abusive usage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide a free tier so you can evaluate the output before purchasing. The service is offered "as is", without any warranty that:

• It will meet all your requirements
• It will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The data will be 100% accurate or up-to-date

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by use of the service or data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEPTAGO LTD is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages
• Data loss or corruption
• Delays or service interruptions

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. By using our service, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Cypriot law.
