Understanding Your Results
- Pending / In Progress: Processing is underway. You can return later or keep this page open to refresh the status.
- Completed: Your batches have finished. Use the download button to get the processed file.
- Error: Double-check the job ID for typos. If the issue persists, try rerunning the batch or contact support.

Where do I find my job ID?
After you submit a batch geocoding request, we email the job ID and show it on the confirmation screen. Copy that value and paste it into the form above.
How often is the status updated?
Status changes are available as soon as Geoapify processes them. Refresh the page to load the latest data; long-running jobs may take several minutes per batch.
Why do I see an error?
Most errors come from typos or expired jobs. If the ID is correct and you still see an error, restart the batch or reach out to [email protected] with the job ID.
How long are uploads and results stored?
Uploaded files and results are kept for 7 days. After that, they are automatically removed.
