How much does it cost to use the service?
You can process up to 2,500 rows for free. No credit card or signup is required. For larger datasets, the price is €1 per 1,000 rows, with a minimum charge of €20.
What counts as a row?
A row is one address or one coordinate pair (latitude and longitude) submitted for processing.
What happens if I upload more than 2,500 rows?
You'll have two options:
- Process the first 2,500 rows for free
- Pay to process the entire dataset at €1 per 1,000 rows (min €20)
Do I need to create an account?
No account or signup is required. You can upload files and receive results via email.
Are any tools completely free?
Yes. Some tools are completely free to use without payment or registration, including Reverse Address Lookup for single address or coordinate lookups.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for one file. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Which tools does the price apply to?
The price applies to the tools that work with lists: Address to Lat Lon, Lat Lon to Address, Address Validation, Address Verification, Address Standardization, and Bulk Postal Code Lookup. Each of them is free for up to 2,500 rows.
What happens to my file after processing?
Your file is deleted automatically after 7 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How long does paid processing take?
Most jobs finish within minutes, but larger datasets may take longer. You’ll receive an email with a download link once the job is complete.
Can I check the status of my job?
Yes. After submitting a file, you’ll receive a Job ID. Use it on the Status Page to check progress anytime.
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are handled via FastSpring. You can pay by credit card and local payment options. VAT is automatically calculated based on your country.
Can I have VAT reverse charged for my business?
Yes. If you're an EU-based business and provide a valid VAT ID, VAT will be reverse charged during checkout.
